Accessibility Statement

Appilot.ai is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Accessibility Features

  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. Modal dialogs trap focus and support Escape to close.
  • Skip to content: A skip-to-content link is available on every page for keyboard users.
  • Color-independent indicators: Character counters and status indicators use text labels and icons alongside color to convey state, ensuring usability for color-blind users.
  • Reduced motion: Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting. Marquee animations can also be paused manually.
  • Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA attributes where needed.
  • Form labels: All form inputs have associated labels for screen reader compatibility.

Known Limitations

  • AI-generated icon images do not have descriptive alt text beyond generic labels. We are working on AI-generated descriptions for these images.
  • Some third-party components (live chat widget, analytics) may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
