2. Description of Service

Appilot.ai provides AI-powered tools for mobile app development, including but not limited to:

• App name generation
• App icon generation
• ASO (App Store Optimization) metadata generation
• Icon export for iOS and Android platforms

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans: We offer Free, Pro, Studio, and Agency subscription plans with different features and credit limits.

4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Credits: Credits are used to generate content and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.

4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse credit limits
• Resell or redistribute generated content without proper rights
• Violate app store policies with generated content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you generate using our Service. We grant you a commercial license to use generated content for your mobile applications.

6.2 Service IP: The Appilot.ai platform, code, algorithms, and AI models remain our exclusive property.

6.3 Trademark: "Appilot.ai" and our logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

7. Content Accuracy and Liability

7.1 AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance with app store guidelines, or suitability for your specific use case.

7.2 Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPILOT.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appilot.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
